Personal Bankruptcy Reaffirmation Agreement/ Please Help

I recently filed chapter 7. I signed a reaffirmation agreement to keep my car but has since changed my mind. Am I allowed to withdraw the reaffirmation agreement and if so, how long do I have?

No, it hasn't. My meeting with the creditor's was today but had to be reset til next month.

Then tell your attorney you dont want to reaffirm and see what he says-- you may be able to withdraw the reaffirmation -- you will need to surrender the car
