    What would the possible sentencing be if an intoxicated 14 year old male attempts oral sex on his 15 year old male best friend after he passed out from alchohol, and it was not premeditated, and what if the victim woke up in the middle of this, but didn't say anything, and doesn't know if there were any witnesses?
