Random "For Sale" Items

If a car is for sale on the side of the road (private sale) with a "For Sale" sign which contains basic contact information (i.e.: phone number) is it okay to take a picture of the car and the "For Sale" sign and post this information online (a public facing website) for others to see? The car is in the public domain along with the contact information so it seems that it should be legal to share the information with family and friends via a public facing web site, but I want to be sure that no laws are being broken before proceeding.

Its fine. I would imagine the owner would be very happy for you to do so.

I can't see why not and, if there is a case, I can't think of any real damages. As matter of fact, this person is advertising the sale in public and should thank you!
