Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI question on DUI

I left the bar and knew i couldnt drive. So i slept for a few hours then headed home. I got pulled over and the officer gave me a breathalizer test. The first test I blew a .08 the next test a few minutes later I blew a .07, I was told initialy it was my lucky day and that i was not going to be issued a summons for DUI but then as i waited in the lobby for my ride to pick me up the officer came out and stated that her Sgt. instructed her to issue me the summons. I cant afford to lose my license for 3 months due to work. does anyone think i can win this? Ive never had a dui before nor do i have any points on my license

I guess technicly no. I know i should have probobly stayed where i was sleeping longer but I wanted to get home. I had to work in the morning. I truley felt i was ok to drive. I definatley learned a valuble lesson.
