I am going to court on Friday 8/19/05 for a speeding ticket ... 80 in a 65 ... Wake County on I-540 at 7:00am ... clear conditions. I would like some information on PFJ.
This is my first ticket in NC. I have received a speeding ticket over 5 years ago (SC).
1. Do I need to bring my driving record with me to court?
2. What do I plead? No contest, then ask for the PFJ?
3. Any details that I need to know before Friday?
