question about lawyer and court fees

I recently went to a small auto dealership to look for a car and they brought me to the auction and I picked the car iI wanted.The next day they call me from the auction and ask me if i would drive a different car and i said yes but i never told them to bid on the car and they won it.I refused to pay because that was not the car I wanted and they harassed me at home and over the phone so I had them write an agreement stating I loaned the dealership $7900 and they would repay me within a weeks time and its been over a week and I have recieved no money.I was wondering my next step and if I can sue for court and lawyer fees and how much does it cost thankyou to anyone who helps the statement was written on 1/8/09

Why? Nothing you wrote above suggests that you DID in fact loan the dealership $7900.

If you did, why did you? People don't loan money to dealerships.

If they owe you money and won't pay, sue them. For $7900, you will not get your legal fees.
