Assault & Battery Question about battery

Hi, i kno a girl who is going to court tomorrow on battery charges for hitting her step-dad. She is 15, and this is her first offense. If you could help me, i was wondering, how much trouble do u think she will get in. Thank you

That depends on the specific statute she is charged with violating.

Most likely, she'll get probation and maybe fines and community service. if she has a past criminal history, she might get locked up for a while.
