The state or country I am talking about is: Indiana
July 1, 2004, my boyfriend at the time attacked me and choked me until I passed out. A neighbor witnessed the altercation. I was on the phone and he came up behind me, took my phone and smashed it, and then choked me. He noticed someone outside watching and he drug me around back and continued to choke me and then when he thought I was passed out he let go and kicked me. When I got up he drug me in the house and long story short, I pressed charges on him he has a class C felony and 2 class D's all different sorts of assault and battery charges. Now he has violated his GPS and house arrest before the trial has even taken place. I am just wondering if anyone has anything to say about what he may be facing in terms of jail time. I am not wanting him out on the street and I am afraid he will be and I am scared of the trial.
