We purchased a used car and when we went to make the first payment online we realized they had the wrong car listed. They have the wrong

Model
Vin
Our insurance company had the wrong car insured. It took us forever to get insurance corrected. Our paperwork and registration is all correct but we have tried numerous times calling loan comp to get car info corrected so we can make payment.they have been nasty to us and nobody can ever seem to help. We told them the car is wrong and we will not pay until it has been corrected. They have yelled at us and said they know what we have but yet when I ask okay what do I have it is all wrong. What can I do?

If I were you, I'd take all my paperwork and tell the story to a couple local attorneys.

If you're lucky, a smart lawyer can get the contract voided.

That way, someone will get a car back, and you could get some or all of the money returned.
