I recently purcheased a piece of property at a Sheriffs forclosure sale. The bank was forclosing on this property. If there are any liens on the property at the time of sale what happens? Am I now responsible for these liens or is it a clean title once I take possession? How do I find out about other liens and how do I take care of satisfying them if I am responsible? HELP, I MAY BE IN BIG TROUBLE!!!

This is why you should have done a full title search before the purchase. You can go down to the county court house and do it, or have a title company do it. So yes you generally get all liens attatched with this property. You might want to find out now what is on there.
