Very worried about losing my husbands life insurance, not fighting foreclosure on home my husband and I owned, in white oak , pa , I moved in sons and my mobile home, I just recently received disability and need what little insurance money to meet my health cost needs and bills. CAN they take my life insurance money for difference of sale and if so is there a legal way for one or more of my children to own an account for me ( with the insurance money in it} for me to use without them having to claim money given to them? Soon I may not be able to have sight in both my eyes. thank you for any advice you can give me.
