Property left in a home after Restraining order

I currently have a Protection from abuse order on my spouse. He was given 7 days after being served to pick up his personal items. He never arranged with the court to do so. Its been 1 year so far on the PfA which is for 3 years. His items are still in my home. Legally can I donate his items or give them away?

Your state likely has a procedure for disposing of abandoned property. If you do not want to be responsible for replacing the property you should make sure you follow that procedure.
A simpler way would be to use a neutral party willing to pick up his stuff and deliver it to him.
If you are intending to divorce then the peppery can be addressed in that process too.
