Property damage and violent agression by family member

My wife, 2 kids and I have a home and we also have my brother sister in law and their 20+ yr old in our home. They lost there home, sister in law had cancer, my brother worked on and off construction and filed Chapter 13. They paid for staying here no free rides kind of thing. No rental agreement/no contract it was helping out family. We did have a verbal agreement they would pay and help out. However two times now my brother has gotten violent destroying my house with holes in the walls. He also gets angry and some physical/agreesive posture intimidations. I would like him and his family to leave. He said good luck you can't make me. please help, not sure what to do.

A court action for eviction is one way to get him out and his crew OUT!
Another is, the next time he turns violent,destroying YOUR PROPERTY, putting you, your wife, and YOUR CHILDREN in harm's way, call "911".

There could be things you could do to get him banished QUICKER than an eviction.

However, the police must be called as he's performing his violent, destructive actions!
