Whether they will come for you in another state depends on whether or not your charges are sufficiently high enough for them to spend the money to come and get you. If you are not wanted for a felony, chances are the warrant will just sit and wait for you ... forever if need be.
You may never know whether they will come for you or. Plus, not taking care of it might result in lack of decent jobs, ineligibility for government supported loans for housing, student aid, etc., and most forms of welfare and SSI could be denied.
So, it might benefit you to consult an attorney and arrange a surrender. Living as a fugitive is a big gamble.
