Ok, so last year I got into a little fight and was charged with a misdeamnor assault in Massachusetts, which I am still in court for. Im going to school in California and was charged with a Minor in Possession. Most likely Im going to be put on probation for the assault charge and possibly the MIP, (not really sure). They will both probably be resolved at the same time. My probation will be taking place in CA, what if I get probation for both and CA sees Im on probation already in from another crime?

What to you mean by "which I am still in court for"?

Have you been tried and convicted? Sentenced? Something else?

Better explain that.

Committing a second crime while on probation for the first crime could make you ineligible for probation on the first crime.
