my son was placed on probation, his probation officer refused to explain the terms of his probation to him, she told him she didn't have time, that she will not and wouldn't explain it to him. isn't that part of her job and his right to have it explained to him?

his dad was in the probation officers office with our son at the time. and the probation officer stated that she had 400 people a month come through her office, that she didn't have time to explain it and that she will not and wouldn't explain it.

how do we find out who the supervisor is? you run into a lot of brick walls trying to get information in this small town.
