I violated my probation by not returning to see him after 1year of supervision without any police contact or infraction. I was sentenced to 2 years on misdemeanor probation and finished 1.. moved several countys away and been for a year and a half with no police contact or infraction criminally will the judge have any leniency to my absconding?
