My boyfriend is on probation until June 2007. He was recently arrested in Maryland for driving on a suspended PA Driver's license. He was meeting someone from work in PA to give them equipment and the person broke down so he ended up having to drive to MD where he got arrested. He was released and has to go back for the hearing. He reports to his PO here in PA this week and thinks he is going to get locked up for violating probation. I guess my question is, what should he do to prepare for his meeting with his PO? He thinks that telling him the truth about being arrested will be the best thing, but he wants to make sure he is prepared should his PO put him jail for violating his probation. Any advice would be sincerely appreciated.
