Parole, Probation probation question

I was done with my 4yrs probation on june 11th. I went in to my agent and they took my discharge photo and then was told i was done and they sent me on my way. But i was never given any papers saying i was discharged and was told id recieve my discharge certificate in the mail in like a week or two. Is that true? Is that what happens?

If they were approved by a judge, you should be receiving your discharge from probation papers shortly. Sometimes it takes a little while to get them.
