Searching for accurate and detailed information about probation for a second degree felony. If a dual citizen receives a 4 year probation for a second degree felony involving theft only in Texas and she leaves to live in another country, how long must that person stay away from the US before there is no more risk of prison time? In other words is there some kind of statute of limitations for violating the conditions of probation?
