If I sell the identical product to 2 different USA customers, one an e-commerce merchant and the other a brick & mortar merchant , am I breaking any laws?

If your livelihood depends on selling products, why not consult your lawyer?
Otherwise, are you going to possibly jeopardize your business seeking advice from anonymous strangers via the internet?
Besides, the answer would be different foir someone selling heroin, versus someone selling t-shirts.
