Previous School issue

Four years ago I went to a Private Christian School for my Freshman/Sophomore year. I was not invited back for my junior year for both my grades and my religous views. I recently went on the schools website because I was looking for my tenth grade alumni. On their website under the tab for parents looking to enroll their children in the school, is a picture of me and a few of my former classmates. This picture is used to advertise activities for their school. The picture is four years old, and I assume the picture has been there just as long. I never gave them permission to use my picture for advertisement, nor did I give them permission to put my picture on the internet. I do not wish to be associated with that school. Can I make a case of this?
