Same as last post, for 1st time offense. Speeding ticket, the officer reduce so my insurance wouldn't be effected, but can I request prayer of judgement, and would I have to pay court cost if DA allows it.
See answer in previous thread, take the low speed and save the PJC in case you need it later. You pay fines and court costs no matter what, there is no Court Cost Santa.
