Hi I recently received a PJC for a larceny charge in North Carolina. Does anyone know how long this will stay on my record? Also, how might this show up if an employer does a criminal background check on me? Thanks
Should show arrest, no conviction. Arrest will show forever, unless after PJC is completed successfully you are able to get it expunged or sealed. Not always allowed, depends on state and number of years, etc.
