My bf is being charged with intent to distribute mushrooms. I have looked online and Fiske VS Florida states that mushrooms are legal in the state of Florida and the Florida legislature does not want to change it to make the mushrooms illegal. Now I don't know if admitting he knew they contained psilocybin or not would affect it. Can anyone help me figure this out? His lawyer doesn't seem to be doing a good job at all.
