Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Possesion of Marijuana

I received a misdemeanor ticket for driving with possesion of marijuana under 1 oz. I was not under the influence. I was convicted of a DUI a little over 2 years ago. Both violations occured in CA. Is this a violation of my DUI probation? What type of punisment will I face?

I'm not sure. My DUI occured in March of 05. I dont have any records showing the terms of the probation. How would I go about finding out?

I don't have a parole officer. I guess I should contact the County Clerk's Ofiice, right?
