please help me i dont know what to expect my son 18 was arrested for possisian of marijuana and drug parf 2 charges he has never been arrested before or in any knid of trouble with the police what so ever what do you think i can expect in court he goes nov 17 we live in illinois/dupage county please please any advise maybe i should have gotten a lawyer? thanks very nervous mom

Did your son receive a fine also? If he did how much? Maybe since this is his first offense, he will get PTI. Or on the day of the court date bring at least half the money or unless you have the money pay it. You should just get a public defender and you should have no problems.
