Through a seach of my states court cases, I found an ex-boyfriend was charged with one count of possesion of child pornography. I feel this may be a picture of me taken when I was 15 (he was 16), however I don't know for sure. I'm no longer a minor. Should I contact the ADA who is assigned the case? I don't know that this would effect the outcome or not. The person charged is mentally unstable and violent. I am fearful of him finding out where I currently live since he has threatened me in the past.
