My wife was arrested and charged for poss of precursors. She said they where hers, since I have prior precursor charges I was also arrested, she already was sentenced I go next month for court, offers red me 5probation with 120 treatment or go to trial can I beat this

You might want to listen to that QUALIFIED lawyer that has NEVER been charged with ANY felony.

I don't think your wife feels too good about taking the hit for your beef.
