Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Posession of Marijuana

I was charged for posession of marijuana while sitting in my friends car packing a bowl. The cops also found a grinder, a small bag of pot, and a bowl with resin on it. None of this was mine. Will it work to plead not guilty when I go to court as long as I can piss a urine test? I won't need a lawyer will I? Please respond soon.

Possession at the time arrested is the sole issue.

What state?

The sole issue is whether you were in possession of marijuana when arrested you, not whether you have smoked pot recently (or, at all for that matter).

Whether you can pass a urine test at the time of your court date is irrelevant to whether the prosecutor can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you committed the offense with which you were charged, namely, possessing marijuana.
