My pants pocket was torn from my pants and there was $60 stolen. The Cop had taken my wallet and it was given back to me when I posted bond the next day. The magistrate refused to believe me, so no charges were filed.At my DMV Hearing the officer seemed to understand, but I got a DMV letter saying send my license for 1 year revocation. I done that, but I could appeal to Civil superior court. For an "action de novo". When I went to the the clerk of superior court to file it, she said you have that right but you can not file it here. I had 30 days to file the "action de novo and I was 2 weeks from that date. WHAT CAN I DO? Did the clerk violate my right to due process?
