My son's father passed away and we are getting the run around. We were divorced. His father remarried to a not so nice person and he had 2 little girls.
They are young (approx 10 and 7 now, maybe) my son is the oldest. We were told there was no will. He was left out from everything. Never received his personal items. His stepmother kept his personal items (bikes, baseball cards, baby and family photos including his fathers items etc. I don't understand. I just want to see my son received what is legally and morally his. This is his birth right and she stole everything. She has caused pain and embarrassed to this family. This has been a big nightmare. This was permitted to happen in Nj.
