Please help me!

I recently was givin one month to do community service in fresno county ca. But the problem is that they gave me no information or even a form to proove that I have completed it. What do I need to do? Do I just have the place that I do the communtiy service right on a piece of paper or what? Thanks for any help guys, Sam

Call the court or the Fresno County Probation Department (whoever was responsible for the information) and ask for a copy of this information.

If you mean that the organization where you performed your service did not provide you with a document, then you need to be on top of them to provide that info, or you need to call the aforementioned agencies to see how you can go about getting that documentation.

No I have not started the the community service yet, I went to court and was given bleek instructions with no documentation. I was told to do community service at any non-profit org which is fine, but do I need a certain form that I need to have them fill out? Thanks for your help it is much appreciated.

Different counties have different requirements. In mine there is no specific form, and most the non-profits are aware of the format that is needed ... they complete a document articulating the hours and type of service performed and provide you with that.

You might call the probation department to be on the safe side.
