My conviction was a misdemeanor larceny, which was let go to a PJC(prayer for judgement continuance). Is there a statute of limitations, and if so, can it be expunged from my record? The item in question was close to $20USD, if that makes any difference.
For the record, my wife was pregnant with my son when the incident happened and I went to trial, and gave birth to him 4 months later. He's two years old now.
