I have a Nevada Corp and Have had all mail and sent to an address serviced by a company in Nevada. This is the address of my incorporation. I would like to relocate Do I need to have a physical location in Nevada? I live in Colorado. Can I send in my tax return with an address in CO or do I need to send it in with a NV address.
Should I know anything else about the corp address that I have not asked?
