My uncles wife is taking care of my great aunt in exchange for a house and 2 acres of land. Ok my great grandpa is or the trust for my great aunt.
My uncle has opened a petition against my great grandpa saying he is incompetent a making decisions for my aunt and the trust.
Ok my grandpa appointed my uncle as caretaker of my aunt.
So if my grandpa appointed my aunt and uncle to take care of my great aunt would that not mean my grandpa made a bad decision of appointing my aunt and uncle. So is he not shooting him self in the foot.
Everything was verbally agreed on with plenty of witnesses
