What is the statue of limitations on perscription forgery for the state of PA ...
A co-worker had been contacted almost 7 years ago by the A.G. by telephone asking him questions about perscriptions he may have altered or forged .
He got an attorney ... and told the truth , attorney suggested that he call back the A.G's narcotics investigators , and invite them over his house , having his attorney by his side to answer any questions they may have .
This was done , the attorney kept asking is his client being charged with anything , there answer was that it was pending and that is was the township police that would be pressing charges and not the medical doctor . He did admit to some wrong doing and told the entire truth .
The A.G . investigators informed his client that he would be indeed arrested probably within two weeks ( that was almost seven years ago ) and that they would slap the cuffs on him , that they would call him by telephone when to come in the be arrained .
This never happened ... he still lives at the same location and has the same phone number.
He was contacting his attorney every year to see if he heard anything , and the answer was no. Unfortunatley his attorney did pass away recently.
Is it possible there was no charges ?
Is it possible they let things slide ( being that he fully coperated ? )
Is it possible that the statue of limitations ran out ?
