hello

i am a permanent resident of us since 2000 (i did not live continuously in the USA so i will be eligible for citizenship only after 3 more years).

i got married last year and i filed a I-130 form to make her a resident also, but this process takes up to 2.5 years, which is outrageously long!!!

now i heard about some kind of 'immigration judges' who might grant this kind of status without having to wait for USCIS.

i know my wife for 5 years and both of us have no problems with law and good income.

is there any way i can proceed to have my case heard by an immigration judge? what are the steps and grounds for this?

thanks!

No.........You can't just ask a judge to rule on your case if there is no rejection or problem. You probably misunderstood what you heard. Even if you could do that, chances are it would take about that long for your case to make it through the docket to get a final ruling..........So just be patient.
