Permanent Deferral

So, years back I was permanently deferred from donating plasma for falsification because I had unintentionally lied about a tattoo that I had. Since it was my very first one and I had been used to answering NO to having any tattoos because I had never had any up until then I answered NO and later she did a physical on me and found it. I desperately want to start donating again and was wondering if I have any chance whatsoever of fighting the FDA on this.

Why not ask whoever it is that banned you?
