pay day loan

I got a loan from a payday loan company and I did not pay the loan back. I recieved a citation from the city court of Baton Rouge, La. If I pay the loan before the the court decides to take the case will I still have to pay court fees?

Depends upon whether they want to take you to court for the fees. They can. You may want to work it out with the company... they might get a judgment against you but at this point they will likely just want to get paid and get out of the whole affair. It is likely part of your agreement that you have to pay for collection fees... and it makes sense.
