Even though my friend settled out of court for 6,800 in 2004 in a Paxil drug injuries she is experiencing more side effects then 2004 especially suicidal thoughts can she take them back to court because she had bad legal advice and she had yet to experience all the side effects?

Doubtful - there is probably something in the settlement agreement that she cannot sue for more later. She can always talk to a lawyer.

Has your friend been talking to her therapist/psychiatrist about her suicidal thoughts? Paxil was marketed as an antidepressant; your friend may need a different medication to stay stable.

yes thank you, she had new medications
