I owe arrears with child support and went to file for a modification of amount I have to pay, when I went to the court and ordered our case file, got a phone call that it was in, upon my arrival they couldn't find my file,(Supervisor either), So I reodered it, a week later got another call saying it was in, went down there and they couldn't find it again, said hat I was the last one whom checked it out, and I never signed it back inn. Something you think I might remember doing, and wht would I be ordering it? Anyway what I want to know if they can't find my file how can they prove I owe anything? What are my opptions? Please
