Hi all, so there's this parking garage that me and my coworkers park at (since it's like right next door to where we work). However, cars keep getting broken into and we're all tired of having to not only pay the monthly fee to park there, but having to have our windows repaired. So here's the breakdown of it:
+Enclosed parking lot
+We pay a monthly fee to park there
+Several car break-in's each month
+They have a sign park at your own risk
So my question is, with all the car break in's that they have, are they not at fault for not increasing security more (like having a lot attendant)? I understand that they have a sign there, but still to have several car break in's each month and not act upon it to increase security, are they really free from liability due to their sign?
