I live in Louisiana. My son was recently in an automoble accident with injury. He is 20 years old. The vehicle was in his name and he carries his own insurance seperate from mine. He lives at my home. Can I be dragged into this?

I don't see how you ca get dragged into it since your son is an emancipated adult. If he was under 18, yes he would be your responsibility.
