i was convicted of burg.3 and recieving stolen prorerty over $100 back in 1992 i had a partial pardon ,the right to vote in1997, i filed for a governors pardon feb.2009 because the charges are still on my record and i cant get a job. how often are pardons reviewed and what are my chances of getting it.

Those charges are very old to be the reason you are not getting a job. I would look into other factors: appearance, education, I don't know but the charges seem to be minor and old. I would think you could get a full pardon.
