my ex girlfriend would lend me her credit card for things i needed for my tractor trailer, fuel, tires.....etc. about 5k total. she would give me the card, i'd sign the reciept in my name then give it back. she saved the reciepts. i paid her back about 6500 over 3 years but she refused to give me reciepts for what i paid her back, and still claims i owe her 5k because of intrest on the card, so i have no proof of what i paid her back. now she threatens to take me to small claims court and have me charged with unauthorized use if i dont keep paying, though she never reported unauthorised use or theft, and last time she let me use it was 2 years ago. so she basically threatens me into paying, harasses, threatens me with death, to have me charged with everything under the sun....etc. what can she do to me and what can i do ????????
