Can I get my money back if I sold my truck and got my tax return money to get a new truck well this girl put it in her name so I had lower interest cuz I have bad credit 4 months later gets mad comes and takes it I put a lot of money in to it

So you had a girl listed as an owner of the vehicle. You have a problem since it would appear she is the actual owner of the vehicle. You may have a small claims lawsuit if you want to be reimbursed for the money you put into the vehicle but you'd need to show a reason and proof of why you are entitled to that money, e.g. based upon a written or verbal agreement.
