OWNING a company is not a problem. ACTIVELY working for it may be. That depends upon (1) whether you engaging in any activities which violate whatever work restrictions you have from the other employer and (2) whether you are receiving income as an employee of the company you own that need to be reported to the WC carrier.
What you are doing may be fine or it may be construed as fraud against the other employer and their WC carrier. It all depends upon what exactly is taking plce.
