My ex and I just finished up a custody battle and nothing has changed other than parenting time and child support. The reason for this custody battle was because we had an affair in November 2024 I said some of seeing things on AppClose which is court ordered that we use for communication because he called me a whore and it Jezebel until he mean that I am trying to ruin his relationship with his wife which is Major gaslighting from a narcissist long story short he is now trying to proceed the same allegations in a criminal manner in his County which is Wayne I live in Kent with the same evidence that we already went through Had A Friend of the Court Investigator and everything everything panned out fine I know what I said was wrong I said it out of anger and harassment and abuse for the last 6 years that we have better parts my fear is he is not Witness because he put in a complaint and there was a warrant out for my wrist I paid for it even though I was supposed to go directly to the building Wayne District Court was able to change the description and I paid it on the computer now I have an arraignment what is the likelihood of me going to jail so misdemeanors charge warrant was set at 200 just need a little help here kind of freaking out

OK, that was the most important part of your post.
1 - GET A LAWYER. I can't emphasize that enough.
2 - KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT to anybody but your lawyer. Don't talk to cops, don't talk to anybody else's lawyer, don't talk to friends, don't talk to relatives, don't post anything on the internet, don't even talk to your children about the criminal case. Anybody and everybody can be called as a witness against you if you make the colossal mistake of trying to explain yourself.
3 - At the arraignment plead NOT GUILTY. Do not discuss plea agreements without the lawyer present. Do not discuss anything without the lawyer present.
