Aug 20, 2008 #1 N nicoleib New Member My boyfriend was arrested for DWI in NY a week ago. PA has a hold on him and he's in jail waiting for them to pick him up. His charges in PA is leaving the state while on probation. These charges were in 2004. How long do they have to pick him up?
